Woodworking: Gun Cabinet
There are a few considerations when building a gun cabinet. The first is size. How many guns do you own now, and how many do you plan on owning in the future? Leave some room so you can accommodate more down the road. Some also may want to have a display area for knives and handguns.
To prevent unauthorized access, be sure to place either a combination or electronic lock on the gun cabinet.
What about features? There are plenty of ways to enhance your cabinet. One is by installing interior lighting to further showcase your guns. As a safety precaution, storing the ammunition in a home safe is a good idea.
